Valuations
Do you know the value of our valuers?
Valuing commercial property is the work of specialists, and De Boorder employs such experts. Insight into local and regional circumstances, combined with the specialist knowledge of commercial property, is recorded in a valuation report.
Our valuation reports are accessible for everyone. As valuers, we take into account that some interested parties are familiar with neither the location nor the property. The photos provide a clear impression of the space and the quality. The calculations and considerations that have resulted in the value of the property and the proper textual explanation thereof ensure that the reasons why the valuation took place become immediately clear to the intended audience. Because depending on the purpose of the property, the value allocated to it will also differ. A proper valuation report does not simply state the value of the property, but rather shows how this value was arrived at.
Oft-used property terms are: private (or market) value, market rental value, investment value, forced-sale value, amicable valuation, reconstruction value and value as a going concern.
De Boorder is officially registered, which can be recognised by the vignette for ‘licensed valuers of commercial property’ of the Register of Immovable Property Valuer in the Netherlands. This vignette guarantees that our reports are always accepted by banks and other financial services providers.
