Our office has an outspoken opinion when it comes to premises or developments that must be leased or sold.
Setting up a ´for sale´ or ´for lease´ sign on site is not enough – it only serves to raise the recognition level of the property. Lease or sale points do not exclusively translate into terms of ´good location´, ´outstanding accessibility´, ´fantastic ambience´, ´own identity´ or ´property in line with the market´. This is the general picture of a project description. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a new or existing property; it’s all offered, so to say, in line with the market.
But a property or development that is in line with the market does not exist. It’s just like with cars: a vehicle in line with the market also does not exist. It’s only when you start talking about the upper segment of cars that you obtain a picture. A well-considered marketing report is designed for the proper target group and ensures proper communication. In order to put a property or development properly and effectively on the market, we work closely with our marketing department.
Prospects are selected from the market based on a proper marketing concept… and that’s something that in the world of property is neglected.
